Custom interior mural for downtown café — 15ft wall

We're redesigning our Westmount location and want a large mural on the main feature wall (approx 15ft × 10ft). The café has a warm, rustic feel — exposed brick, reclaimed wood, natural light. We'd love something that references Québec nature or city life, without being cliché. Open to the artist's interpretation. Preference for someone who has done interior commercial work before.
