Fieldnotes is a nature journaling app for iOS and Android. We need an illustration set for our onboarding screens, empty states, and feature highlights — around 12 illustrations total. Style: clean, naturalistic, slightly editorial. Not flat icon style. Should feel like field-guide art crossed with modern UI. Deliverables: SVG + PNG at 2× and 3×.
We're a Toronto tattoo studio and we're commissioning external artists to contribute to our annual flash sheet collection. Also open to a full custom sleeve concept for a client (botanical + geometric). Fine line illustration, black & grey. Files delivered as vector or high-res raster (600dpi). If you have a clean, detailed portfolio we want to hear from you.
Boreal Fest is a three-day outdoor music and arts festival in Edmonton (August). We need key art for our 2027 edition: main event poster (digital + print), and a set of web assets. The vibe is forest, fire, music, community — something people will want to frame. We print 2000 posters, so file quality matters. Past posters on our site for reference.
We'd like a formal portrait of our family (2 adults, 2 children, ages 7 and 10) for our home. We're thinking medium format — around 24×30 inches. Oil on canvas preferred. We'd provide reference photographs and are happy to do a video call to discuss composition. No time pressure — we'd rather wait for the right artist than rush.
We're launching a new premium tier under our brand — 4 SKUs, each with its own strain identity. Looking for original artwork for each package (label + box face). Style direction: botanical realism meets psychedelic edge. Nothing cartoonish. The final files need to meet Health Canada packaging regulations. We'll provide the spec sheet. Looking for 2–4 pieces total.
Our new head office in Beltline has a 30ft × 14ft feature wall in the main atrium. We want something that reflects Alberta's landscape and our company's values (innovation, community, sustainability). Not abstract for abstract's sake — we want employees and visitors to feel something. Budget is firm. Artist must be comfortable working on-site over 2–3 weekends.
We're publishing a new children's picture book (ages 4–8) called 'The Day the Tide Forgot to Go Out'. 14 full-bleed spreads, watercolour or gouache preferred — we want a hand-made quality that works in print. Story is about a girl in a Nova Scotia fishing village. Warm palette. Needs to work for offset print (300dpi, CMYK). We have the manuscript. Looking for illustrators with picture-book experience.
We're launching a rebrand for our 3-location Vancouver studio and need a cohesive set of illustrations: hero image for website, 3 section spot illustrations, and social media templates. Aesthetic: earthy, body-positive, not stereotypically zen. No lotus flowers or OM symbols. We want something that feels modern, grounded, and Canadian.
Our artist Juniper Lake is releasing a 6-track folk EP in September. The sound is warm, melancholy, acoustic — think late autumn, river valleys, old letters. We need a front cover illustration (3000×3000px, print-ready) and potentially a few smaller assets for streaming. No photography — illustration only. Reference: Sufjan Stevens, Adrianne Lenker album art.
We're redesigning our Westmount location and want a large mural on the main feature wall (approx 15ft × 10ft). The café has a warm, rustic feel — exposed brick, reclaimed wood, natural light. We'd love something that references Québec nature or city life, without being cliché. Open to the artist's interpretation. Preference for someone who has done interior commercial work before.
