Oil portrait commission — family of four

We'd like a formal portrait of our family (2 adults, 2 children, ages 7 and 10) for our home. We're thinking medium format — around 24×30 inches. Oil on canvas preferred. We'd provide reference photographs and are happy to do a video call to discuss composition. No time pressure — we'd rather wait for the right artist than rush.
